【返品・返金ポリシー】
商品の品質には万全を期しておりますが、万が一不良品・誤送品があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。速やかに対応いたします。

■ 返品・交換の条件
・未使用・未着用で、タグやパッケージが完全に残っている商品
・商品到着後30日以内に申請された場合

■ お客様都合による返品
・送料：お客様ご負担
・返金：商品代金のみ（送料・手数料を除く）

■ 不良品・誤送品の場合
・送料：当店負担
・交換または全額返金（送料含む）にて対応いたします。

We strive to ensure product quality. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

- Items must be unused, unworn, and have all tags and original packaging intact.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

■ Returns Due to Customer Preference
- Return shipping fee: Customer's responsibility
- Refund: Product price only (excluding shipping fees and charges)

■ Defective or Incorrect Items
- Return shipping fee: Our responsibility
- We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping fees).
