8. 商品代金以外に必要な料金
■ 送料
・日本国内配送：ご注文合計金額 10,000円（税込）以上 ⇒ 送料無料
　　　　　　　　ご注文合計金額 10,000円（税込）未満 ⇒ 一律 1,200円（税込）
・海外配送：全世界一律 2,500円（税込）

■ その他手数料
・クレジットカード決済手数料：無料
・代金引換（COD）手数料：無料

9. お支払い方法
当店では下記2種類のお支払い方法をご用意しております。
(1) クレジットカード決済
決済代行業者：Komoju
対応ブランド：Visa、Mastercard、JCB、American Express
(2) 代金引換（COD）
※ 代金引換は【日本国内配送のみ】ご利用可能です。海外発送のご注文では選択できません。

10. お支払い時期
(1) クレジットカード：ご注文確定と同時に決済が実行されます。
(2) 代金引換：商品到着時に、配送業者へ現金にてお支払いください。

11. 商品の引き渡し時期
ご注文確定後、通常3営業日以内に商品を発送いたします。
・日本国内：発送完了後、3～7営業日程度でお届け
・海外：発送完了後、7～14営業日程度でお届け

※ 天候、交通状況、通関手続き、配送業者の都合等、不可抗力によりお届けが遅延する場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※ 発送完了後、追跡番号を記載した発送通知メールを送信いたします。

12. 返品・交換・キャンセルに関する規定
■ 返品・交換の受付条件
商品到着後30日以内にご連絡をお願いいたします。
商品が未使用・未着用で、元のタグ、パッケージ、付属品がすべて完全な状態であることを条件といたします。
セール品、アウトレット品は返品・交換対象外となります。

■ 不良品・破損品・誤配送の場合
商品到着後7日以内にメールまたは電話にてご連絡ください。
確認後、商品の交換または全額返金（商品代金＋往復送料）を当店負担にて対応いたします。

■ お客様都合による返品・交換
返品にかかる送料はすべてお客様のご負担となります。
返金は商品代金のみとし、送料・各種手数料は返金対象外となります。

■ ご注文のキャンセル
商品発送前に限り、ご注文のキャンセルを承ります。
商品発送後のキャンセルは一切お受けできません。
また、代金引換（COD）を選択されたご注文は、ご注文確定後のキャンセルを原則としてお受けできません。

■ 返品手続き

13. クーポン・割引サービス
クーポンコード：S500
割引内容：ご注文合計金額より500円割引
利用ルール：1回のご注文につき1回限り利用可能。他のクーポン・割引サービスとの併用はできません。

14. 免責事項
・商品の色味、質感、サイズ感につきましては、撮影環境、モニター機器、閲覧環境により実物と若干の差異が生じる場合がございます。
・当店は、商品を使用したことによる直接的・間接的な損害につき、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
・天災、戦争、疫病、公的規制、配送業者のトラブル等、当店の管理外の要因による遅延・損害については責任を負いかねます。

8. Additional Fees (Excluding Product Price)
■ Shipping Fees
- Domestic Shipping (Japan): Free shipping for orders of ¥10,000 (tax included) or more.
Flat rate ¥1,200 (tax included) for orders under ¥10,000 (tax included).
- International Shipping: Flat rate ¥2,500 (tax included) worldwide.

■ Other Service Fees
- Credit Card Processing Fee: Free
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: Free

9. Payment Methods
Two payment methods are available:
(1) Credit Card
Payment processed by Komoju. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express.
(2) Cash on Delivery (COD)
*COD is ONLY available for orders shipped within Japan. Not available for international orders.

10. Payment Timing
(1) Credit Card: Payment will be charged immediately after order confirmation.
(2) Cash on Delivery: Please pay cash to the courier upon item delivery.

11. Delivery Schedule
We will ship your order within 3 business days after confirmation.
- Japan Domestic: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–14 business days after shipment

*Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, customs clearance or courier issues.
*A shipping notification email with tracking number will be sent after dispatch.

12. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
■ General Rules for Returns & Exchanges
Requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
Sale items and outlet items are not eligible for return or exchange.

■ Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days after delivery via email or phone.
We will provide replacement or full refund (product price + round-trip shipping fee) at our cost.

■ Returns due to customer preference
Return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
Only product price will be refunded; shipping and service fees are non-refundable.

■ Order Cancellation
Cancellation is accepted only before shipment. No cancellation after dispatch.
Orders paid via Cash on Delivery cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

■ Return Procedure
Please contact us in advance at service@sokastroe.com to start a return process.
